Caesar Salad
The 40-layer lasagna was a holiday special, I believe. I ordered with red sauce instead of the bechamel. It was a huge portion presented in a hot casserole dish. It was delicious. Caesar salad was good, but too much dressing in my opinion. You could get white anchovies, which I did. The salad had 2 large crostini (croutons) on top. Italian greens with beans and sausage were tasty. Bread with dipping oil was provided at the table. My pineapple martini and my husband's dirty martini with blue cheese stuffed olives were both made perfectly. We will return to try other menu items.
Chicken Scaloppine Ala Marsala
The chicken scaloppine was delicious! The sauce was so yummy and the chicken so tender! Would definitely get again!
Roasted Beets
This is a delicious salad, really different, loved the ricotta in the salad!
Spaghetti Cacio E Pepe
I love this simple dish and this meal was delicious; have visited twice and had Ravioli on the second visit--great flavor but a little undercooked. Love the focaccio bread and salads as well.
Spaghetti Carbonara
The Carbonara was delicious but I felt the portion was small for the price. Loved the salad that i added.....I felt the salad should have been included with the pasta. Our service was great and loved the atmosphere of the restaurant.
Pappardelle Ala Bolognese
This dish was delicious and portion size was enough for lunch the next day. A+. Service was very good and just an all around great place to have dinner. We were there for the lighting of the tree and everything was wonderful! Great job on food, service, friendliness and helpful.
Roasted Beets
This salad is off the chart delicious...decadent to say the least...a must try!
Sweet Ricotta Ravioli
My dinner was disappointing. The sauce was good and fresh tasting. The dough was fine in the middle but tough around the edges. The ricotta in the middle was delicious. The tomato bread was our appetizer with an amazing dipping sauce. Our appetizer arrived before our cocktails. Our meals arrived quickly and hot. We ordered a glass of wine to accompany our dinners, however the meal was half finished when we were advised that the bar was backed up. We canceled the second cocktail. To summarize, the bar staff is doing a poor job. The only thing I would recommend is the tomato bread.
Parmigiana Di Melanzine
AMAZING! Large portion (enough for the next day's dinner)....definitely the best pasta I have ever eaten and the eggplant I loved because it was not a giant slab of eggplant....sliced pieces wit that amazing fontina in between...sooooo good!....great service, great setting....love this place...can't wait to go back again.
Pappardelle Ala Bolognese
Hands down the best I've ever had. I tried his recipe maybe 10 years ago and every Bolognese has been a disappointment since. Now that I've had the pleasure of getting this dish again, I've confirmed what I always knew. It's the best.
